"It was pencilled in, we were gonna do it, but for some reason, I don't know why, we didn't end up doing it."

I know I'm basically alone with this, but the only really bad part is the start of the "jump in the cockpit" part, where he tried to match the studio version. The rest of the song is so much better. I'm generelly a fan of changing the vocal lines (in ways that still make sense for the songs) rather than straining to hell and back to try and hit pitches that are completely out of reach. Some timing issues here and there but other than that? Gave me some Skunkworks-era vibes, which was pretty neat.
