I thought about that maybe this POM big Eddie on the screen is probably better like this (ok, at least more effective) than if it was inflatable, and I'm not comparing it with the 2005 one. Unlike for example SIT or FOTD big ones. Like because of its approach(!) and style/art.

I feel Seventh Son is one of the tour's highlights for them, so it won't go anywhere. Along with Rime and Hallowed. And probably the opening sequence. The likes of Hills, Powerslave, Aces, Fear, Wasted... sure.
Then they're bringing Blaze on to sing The Trooper for old times sake
But this time they'll tune up the guitars to F standard tuning
"Ere Arry...boy oh boy do I have a soundboard recording for you.."

And that was purely a timing error. It wasn't a matter of him not being able to play fast/hard enough, he just came in on the wrong note.
Ah that's good I got the impression he couldn't play the clairvoyant intro anymore from some nerd on Reddit

I've always found the intro on The Clairvoyant tricky. I always want to cram in more notes. The riff is completely straightforward from a technical standpoint, but some of the notes need space so that they can breath. The key is to play less, not more (which is counter-intuitive for Harris).
For what it's worth, I don't recall any issues with that song from the two shows that I saw (but, from the chaos of the floor, if it wasn't an egregious mistake, I probably wouldn't have noticed).

I was expecting something, but no.
Regarding the show:
Wow. Just wow.
I cannot believe what I have just witnessed from Maiden. Absolutely top performance, there were moments when literally my jaw dropped with what was I seeing and hearing.
On par with their 2018 LOTB performance for sure, Bruce sounded amazing even on the encores, and yes, even in Aces High. Tight performance from Simon, the three amigos and Steve.
The crowd was a little mild at times but otherwise an impeccable performance. Just wow.

It was a good show. I already saw them last month at Graspop, but it was good to see them inside this time and get a better impression of the visuals on the screen.

well, i wasn't expecting a tribute from bruce and i understand it. it's not grudge. band wrote a very nice message including sharon's name, leana paid some tributes and that's more than enough. ozzfest incident wasn't just a simple thing you can get over easily. and with his lows and highs bruce is not someone who would say sth he doesn't believe in.

back in 2010 Maiden dedicated blood brothers to Dio. I think, that says enough. Maiden been closer to Dio, than Ozzy.

Glad you enjoyed it. You are of a similar mind to how i felt when i saw it. To get a show like this after 50 years is pretty good going i`d say.

Bruce did make a passing reference to the wizard of Oz or something to that effect as a subtle reference, a small homage. Perhaps someone else remembers more clearly?

I can't remember. He was talking and really just mentioned it in passing. I thought, ah, he references Ozzy, and then it was gone.

If so, that's something he's been saying for a while already, so it wouldn't be a reference to Ozzy.
