RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Wasn't that the thingy when Paul Stanley kinda flew across the hall above the heads of the crowd, on a rope? Once I read a very entertaining review of their LA show when something went wrong and he was stuck above the audience, halfway of the rope's lenght, in the middle of the hall. He couldnt move forward or backward and people were making fun of him and he was there for five long minutes or so.
Yeah, that one. He did it on this most recent farewell tour (: that I saw them.

Sometimes I think: if I were a musician, I would sneak around the forums and see what fans wrote, but then I look at this forum and see how negative assumptions are made from a tiny, partially visible photo, so I change my opinion : ) I wonder if every band's fans are this critical...
It's not about being critical - just disappointed with the result we can see and the declaration of the band's management.

In general I would think so to a degree. I think it applies to many other fandoms as well. All I know is I were famous musician, actor, etc. I would never check out fan forums or social media at all

It looks like the same stage with some extra video walls
I'm honestly not sure why people expected it to be any different than that tbh, Rod and Bruce have been known to overhype tours and there comments should always be taken with a grain of salt, for decades this band have kept the same design, with the same vintage curtains for a guy like Rod upgrading to fully LCD display would be mind blowing to him lmao

Now, Rammstein knows how to put on a spectacular stage production!

The issue with Maiden is there show is built only for arenas, so once you take it and dump it in an outdoor setting it looks matchbox toy level small.

If they truly wanted to commit to something spectacular they would need to build a stage specifically designed for stadiums and commit to a outdoor tour only.

Unfortunately Maiden doesn’t draw big enough crowds to do all stadium shows. If they did, they probably would have put on a Rammstein or Metallica type production. However, a fancy production is just a bonus and it’s really all about seeing the actual band and hearing their music performed live.

I am watching Metallica videos from the current tour right now and their production is quite shit in my honest opinion. Maybe it works for them, but for Maiden it would have been a disaster.

Maiden's set up works really well for them, but it just needs a little boost for stadiums. Something extra.
