RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Grok: The image does not appear to be AI-generated. It shows a realistic backstage scene with an Iron Maiden road case at a concert venue, Budapest Arena, as indicated by the tags. The details, such as the equipment, lighting, and stickers, are consistent with a real-world setting. The Instagram story overlay and user tags also suggest it’s a genuine photo from an event.

Maybe with some props and special effects, the production will be more impressive.

Out of curiosity, what kind of a show you'd find impressive and special?

I don't even want them to deviate from the Maiden stage show traditions too much, but at the same time there's nothing indicating that the marketing talk about doing "things we've never done before" and the show being spectacular wouldn't be true. The reserved stage area will apparently be more or less the same in size as before and given how good shows like Legacy of the Beast and The Book of Souls looked, I don't think there's much reason to doubt that when combined with a handful new and refined elements the result will be even more stunning visual feast.

I think that elaborating & refining the classic elements of a theatrical Maiden stage and adding some new things or effects in it is definitely the right way to go.

Of course it all depends on what one considers "spectacular" and all, but I think the best Maiden shows have been spectacular and I'm sure the upcoming show will be spectacular too.

May I jump into the setlist speculation..?

Like you guys, I've spent much time considering this, deciphering potential clues, studying each album. Haven't paid attention to other guesses; this is based off my own vibes. I'm so excited for this tour to begin, I can't wait.

Here's my best guess for now:

Be Quick Or Be Dead
Wrathchild
Sea Of Madness
Killers
Infinite Dreams
Phantom Of The Opera
No Prayer For The Dying
The Trooper
Sun And Steel
Rime Of The Ancient Mariner
The Loneliness Of The Long Distance Runner
Powerslave
Fear Of The Dark
The Number Of The Beast
Iron Maiden

Only The Good Die Young
Hallowed Be Thy Name
Run To The Hills
I also have a strong feeling they will be playing The Loneliness Of The Long Distance Runner for a long time yet. Posted it in the setlist section already last autumn. :-)

I think they will do something a lot bigger with a brand new stage and huge screens on both sides. That stage will look tiny at the stadium/open-air show. Generally, it's all the same with some more effects, completely different from what they announced in the press kit and the interviews. Shame!

Maybe Bruce will do Paul Stanley-style tarzan stunt. :D
Wasn't that the thingy when Paul Stanley kinda flew across the hall above the heads of the crowd, on a rope? Once I read a very entertaining review of their LA show when something went wrong and he was stuck above the audience, halfway of the rope's lenght, in the middle of the hall. He couldnt move forward or backward and people were making fun of him and he was there for five long minutes or so.
