Important to note, this is in C# minor, so instead of having to deal with B4s it's "only" much more manageable G#4s. In other words, it's three semitones lower.

And heck it works.

I think he sort of grew into his voice far better post Maiden. Seeing Blaze for the first time in a couple of weeks and seriously looking forward to it.

So I was at the Blaze/Absolva gig in Sofia on Sunday. Blaze was in excellent shape, and the audience was amazing. During Man on the Edge, they were the loudest I ever heard at a gig, and they were only about 200 people tops! Also got Blaze to write a birthday message for my brother, who's also a fan but couldn't be there, which was really cool.

He’s such a top bloke. I haven’t had the chance to see his this year. None of his gigs have been that close to home.

During the meet and greet at one of his first gigs after his heart attack, he was asking me how the sound was and whether he sounded good. That shows he really cares about the opinions of his fans and respects them.

It seems mixing anniversaries and albums is becoming a bit of a trend.
