I went and made this, maybe one day... so many gems in there that id love to hear at some point. I split the main section into a light hearted start with a darker tone toward the end of the show.
For the sake of structure and not having too many epics i chose El Dorado over Starblind or The Talisman and i chose The Ides of March over Purgatory for the need of a good intro song.

You can actually make a pretty realistic setlist by going in reverse chronological order.

If Eternity Should Fail
El Dorado / Coming Home
These Colours Don't Run
Dance of Death
Brave New World / Blood Brothers / Ghost of the Navigator all could work here
The Clansman
Man on the Edge
Afraid To Shoot Strangers
Tailgunner
The Evil That Men Do
Heaven Can Wait
Rime of the Ancient Mariner
The Trooper
-------------------
Number of the Beast / Hallowed Be Thy Name
Wrathchild / Killers
Iron Maiden

Ruflux

Ancient Mariner
So, I dunno if it's been done (probably), but I wanted to take a shot at "the worst case scenario" with the thread's opening premise:

Futureal (sure why not)
2 Minutes to Midnight
Wrathchild
The Trooper
Coming Home
Dance of Death (don't really ever see a set with this in it as a worst-case, but it's not like they'd play anything else off of it)
The Wicker Man
Heaven Can Wait
The Reincarnation of Benjamin Breeg (same as DoD above, although maybe they might do something else off AMOLAD, idk for sure)
Speed of Light (probably the most uninteresting song off of TBOS, it'd fit, not sure about the placement though)
Sign of the Cross (I'd honestly say Man on the Edge fits a "most boring" set better than this, but it's full of short songs already so eh)
Fear of the Dark
Iron Maiden
---
The Number of the Beast
The Evil That Men Do
Bring Your Daughter to the Slaughter (it'd probably suck as a closer, but it's the best one I got)

Honestly, I'd go see that. It'd actually be pretty cool hearing stuff like SotC live. Just goes to show that you can't really make a completely worthless set if you take one song off of each album (assuming that we follow standard Maiden setlist rules and everything chosen has been played live before).

Slave to the Power of Death
lets see...this is a mix of trying to be plausible and then crazy at the same time:

1. Murders in the Rue Morgue (2)
2. Be Quick or Be Dead (9)
3. The Trooper (4)
4. Infinite Dreams (7)
5. Montsegur (13)
6. The Longest Day (14)
7. The Talisman (15)
8. Rime of the Ancient Mariner (5)
9. Fates Warning (8)
10. Futureal (11)
11. Ghost of the Navigator (12)
12. Sign of the Cross (10)
13. Iron Maiden (1)

Encore
14. Caught Somewhere in Time (6)
15. The Book of Souls (16)
16. Hallowed Be Thy Name (3)

There are definitely some long songs but I tried to chose close second place songs so the set would be three hours long... I think that 1-2 punch of murders and BQOBD would be awesome
