USA Politics

I can't make the connection between above quote and what you quoted me for, I really can't.
But to be clear, I read all the posts you address to me and most of your posts anyway. I think your heart is in the right place, and despite sometimes you'd say things that stun me, I haven't doubted for your honesty.

You know it's not true. Why then take the pain to even post here where virtually everyone disagrees with me if that were the case? Because I want to know the other opinion, to cover my blind spots, scrutiny is welcomed and necessary. Like what happened today with LC, when I immediately conceded.

This is quite universal. But in my case, this is why I seek to exchange views with people I don't agree. Most of times I trust too much my instincts and this may confuse you as more rational personality maybe, but I do seek to hear the others and I am able to change.

I never criticised your short answers.

Here we go again with the gaslighting...

From what I checked gaslight =manipulation. I am not trying to manipulate you, just replied.

EDIT: I started to write something else but it was too personal and you wouldn't believe it anyway (the proof is what you just said). I'm happy I didn't.

Because you desperately want to be seen as some kind of counter-culture intellectual who can “read between the lines” and “see what’s really going on”, so you’re willing to put in enough effort to paint that picture at the 10,000 foot level, but not enough to actually back it up when it receives scrutiny and doesn’t pass muster…?

I already replied why.
But since you mentioned, it happened one time for a tiny small thingy that I proven you beyond any doubt that I was right and you still didn’t change, whereas when it happens to me I have the capacity to accept it on the spot and publicly.

When I pointed out that the correct way to spell CCP is CPC he acknowledged it and continued to spell it CCP. It's one thing to do it out of ignorance, but when you know, you know. It's a tiny "unimportant" little detail, but it shows something.
Reread the messages and it will be clear that your stated point of view here is cherry-picked, and I already answered your questions fully and explained my continued use of “CCP”. I will not waste the time looking up the link for you.

I don’t need that. I know what I need to know. Feel free to use CCP for CPC, AUS for USA, UE for EU and feel free to justify it to yourself and others as the logical and right thing to do.

On one hand, I am actually grateful for No 5 as at least someone willing to disrupt the progleft circlejerk, even if by such dubious means.

On the other hand, as a result this thread really is cringe comedy at its finest. I find it bloody hilarious that being gone for 6 months and returning, I find this thread in exactly the same state as before, with 5 not only not being banned, but people actually still engaging in a conversation with him and getting frustrated as a result.
It's not quite the same. We regularly call out 5 on his bullshit and directly confront him on his bad faith and disingenuous behavior. This usually results in him beig quiet for a few weeks, only to return and spew the same old already discredited lies and Russian propaganda as if we haven't already addressed all that.

We're also much more willig to directly call out his pathetic attemps at gaslighting others.

Who could've seen that a republican president would once again fuck up the economy? Certainly not the millions of people who were warning everyone everyday of these exact things happening. But hey, at least the libs are mad that the Switch 2 is so expensive, in part thanks to the tariffs. The art of the deal, my friends.

A neck-and-neck race for the Wisconsin Supreme Court ended up as a 10-point victor for the more liberal candidate, even with Trump and Musk throwing their weight behind the conservative candidate. Florida's races for the vacated congressional seats in Trump +30 districts ended up as Republican <+15 wins.

Hell, the GOP was nervous enough they pulled Elise Stefanik's nomination for UN Ambassador. Must not have liked what they were seeing in upstate NY's internal polling.

You've got four GOP senators joining the full Democrat caucus to pass a bill to the House checking tariffs against Canada. Iowa's Chuck Grassley ( holding a very high-ranking position for the GOP) has jointly introduced legislation to fully check the executive's ability to implement tariffs. They see the writing on the wall now.

"TO THE MANY INVESTORS COMING INTO THE UNITED STATES AND INVESTING MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF MONEY, MY POLICIES WILL NEVER CHANGE. THIS IS A GREAT TIME TO GET RICH, RICHER THAN EVER BEFORE!!!"

He is insane.
