I would like to collect information and designs of tour merch and event shirts. Especially from the ongoing tour, but maybe also older shirts from past tours.

At which events have been event shirts this year?
Do you think there will be one in Milan?
 
There is a book made for a couple of Italian fans that cover all the t-shirts and t-shirt events from 1980 to 2000. I had it but I sold long time ago. I don't remember the title of the book but it was perfect for a fan like you who's interested in this topic.
 
p.s.: idea for the next tour: they are to organize a global drawing contest for 4th graders, and the winning artwork will be used for the event shirt in each region.
 
I don't get why they just don't get Dan Mumford to do all the T-Shirt designs. His designs are far superior than who they have designing the event shirts.
 
I couldn’t find an active thread about merchandise. Is there a place here where we can rate and comment on the shirts?

For example, out of the blue, they recently released Final Frontier merch. The shirt design feels fresh, but it also seems like a remix of some older designs. There is also a hoodie and a badge.

I’m more into non-black t-shirts — black ones usually feel too heavy and thick unless they’re stonewashed or vintage. I’ve got my eye on the yellow Running Free shirt in the 50the Anniversary Category, but I’m not sure about the quality. Anyone has that?

And should I start a new thread about this? Or is it just me who’s curious about the old and new merch? :)

Was going to get that myself, but was very expensive after the postage was added, think it was over €50 even with the FC discount, so I didn't bother

Postage fee sucks. We usually get together with friends from different countries and order to a country with a less postage fee. Then meet at a Maiden gig and get ours :)
 
TFF merch for the anniv of the album is a nice surprise. If only the arts were brand new. Hey, at least it's something.

I would like a few more t shirts with a white or green or tan background rather than black too.

Sounds interesting to me but the amount of people who commented they don`t like/wear the Maiden shirts for various reasons on the `rank this years shirt` thread could mean it`s a slow burn.

My 2025 Madrid shirt just turned up after a five week wait and is ok ,not the best i have ever seen but will get worn for sure.
 
Actually, I don’t wear Maiden t-shirts as much as I used to either, but one reason for that is I don’t really like most of the designs anymore. For example, there’s an Instagram account called “fantasy.tshirts” (https://www.instagram.com/fantasy.tshirts/) and his Maiden tshirt designs are just amazing... If all the t-shirts on that account were officially sold, I’d go bankrupt!

Maiden don’t make “cool” designs like the ones there—instead they always go for black, “loud,” overly colorful drawings. Plus, the style of the artists after Riggs has been kind of childish. By the way, interestingly enough, I think they actually liked one of the t-shirts from the fantasy.tshirts account, and last year they made it into a fan club shirt. The “Stranger in a Strange Land” design inside the star was first shared by that account. Here is a link:
