The Future Past Tour 2024

No, it really doesn't. They have also said they will not allow themselves to become a parody, or have their performances suffer. They are old, and the performances have dipped a bit in quality (drums and vocals). They have, although Bruce still holds up. We have a few years left, at most.
Any decrease in quality of Bruce's voice is so minimal compared to many other legacy (members aged 60+ in my books) acts, I just don't think that is an argument worth bothering with. If it got really bad, I would like to think maybe they would just go down to Eb tuning? That's not a massive jump down and would sound close enough to original I think to still sound good (maybe even sound a bit bigger and heavier live - just the same as how Adrian playing in Drop D created another layer of heaviness to older tracks).

I feel that Maiden as a whole can continue for quite some time. The level at which all of them (except Nicko) are still performing is at a massively higher level than almost any other band of their age (for hard rock/heavy metal anyway).

I could definitely see them doing smaller tours, bigger shows - as the travel aspect gets more tiresome the older they get, sure they might change from 1x 3-4 month tour to maybe 2x separate 2 month tours per year with a break.. But I'm sure they'll keep going for a good 5+ years at least.

Have some faith!

They should have done that 10 years ago. I don't think they will ever do that, but will rather keep firing in the original keys no matter what.

There’s definitely 1 more in the maiden tank I feel.
Agreed with all (likely no farewell tour, although who knows). Bruce's voice is crucial now, one more album is very realistic (*Steve's thought about semi-retirement still pops up in my mind, such a surprising thought from a Maiden member, although he has tons of ideas) and I think every old band (despite new or younger members; ok, without some slightly younger in age) are looking for 2030. Maiden are the same. And that's a scenario for 2 more tours, if they don't do 3rd legs. They know they are still very good live.

edit: plus Bruce spoke about a new chapter for the band in a recent interview.

Why are Maiden posting a video from this tour (now) asking the Killer Krew what their favorite song from the set is?

The audio is Trooper from another, older tour. Something they've been doing recently, not using audio from the said tour.

Maybe they'll release a live album? I don't see any other reason for them to post about this tour, one month before the next one.
I thought the same, with Maiden you never know (shared for no reason; they haven't released any more clips with the members since the one with Dave), especially now. But who knows, they've been throwing in some surprises lately.
Live album in the Autumn would be fine, book, documentary, and live release, month after month.
It would be odd (they had plenty of time since the beginning of the year), surprising and something the band has never done before to release it then, after the new tour, and they will want to highlight the book and the documentary.

And the Future Past Tour Poster was in that art that was released the other day. It would be odd and kind out of date, but who knows.
