The Future Past Tour 2024

Not having a 3rd leg in 2025 would be surprising.
Actually, after a post I saw on IMOC, I could see the tour ending next year.

I still think a third and final leg in 2025 is very likely. I could see a 2014 type year for Maiden in 2025. Short European tour to cover markets they didn’t play this year followed by a little trip to Paris.

Completely hilarious. It's all our fault for paying it I guess.

How does this compare to total cost for 2 GA tickets to the LOTB tour?
Both BoS and LotB tours I think the ticket itself was just a hair under $100. So, add another $25ish bucks, and yeah, it's more or less in line with the level of inflation that's been going around for the last year or so.

One of the big factors in seeing this tour is because I always expect the tour I'm about to see is the last one I can afford. At their age, the inevitable Farewell tour isn't too far away, IMO, and when that hits...yikes. $317 for a couple of tickets this time around...I don't like it, but I can do it. $317 for ONE ticket (on the low end of estimates for a Farewell tour)? Yeesh, probably not. But hell, my wife wanted to go to Pink last year, and tickets were pretty much that for nosebleed seats.

Nice tour from the start of September to the end of November, and quite possibly continuing further on in December. Trivia: last time Maiden played in Nov-Dec was in 2006. And also Bruce and Euro-Bruce in the spring and summer as a bonus. Hopefully that is the full plan and Future Past doesn´t continue in 2025. New tour, and possibly new album.
I doubt they will add shows for December, but I agree. They toured in the winter of 2006 because they were busy recording the album.

Don't forget a video release from the tour too. It still annoys me that we didn't get one for the other ''best tour of Maiden'' in 2022.
They just have to play the Balkans with Alex in the setlist.
This. I still think if the tour doesn't have a 3rd leg it won't be a surprise (because it's a hybrid tour), but with Alexander in the set (and with the possibility of playing a different SJ song), I'm not sure anymore.
If there's going to be a third leg of the tour in 2025, then the "future" part will need to be switched out for songs from a new album.
Not really. They could change 1 or 2 SJ songs to make the leg really worth it.

It makes sense. Album released in the summer of 2026 with a tour in the fall (although atypical for Maiden these days), 5 years after the release of the previous one.

I wanted to do New York, but since there is only one gig there, I decided to go for Vegas and LA instead. Hotels also seem cheaper there at first glance.

Anyone here going to those
I'm in for LA at the Kia Forum. Thankfully its minutes from my house so I don't have to travel.

I want to see more than one show on this tour and considered San Diego and Vegas but I'm going to wait until next year closer to the gig. If they add another Forum show I may do that.

Ticketmaster was a clusterfuck this morning at 10am but I found the seat I wanted going in. The cost is astronomical but considering Taylor Swift and Beyoncé, Maiden is a bargain. The economics of touring today post-Covid are insane.

Even Judas Priest are charging £80ish now.

I paid £45 for their last UK tour, and that was only in 2015.
Yeah, this was a surprise for me too. Priest were admittedly a bargain in 2014/2015, but almost double was unexpected.

Mind you, the venue I saw them at last wasn't a big one. They seem to have gone back to being a bigger name

So the Maiden members schedule would be:

March: Bruce promo
April -June: Bruce Tour
