@Brigantium: Tour dates would be nice too. Especially if they include Greece for a studio album....for a change.
 
don't really care who wrote IESF but kinda petty if they don't give correct song credits. you can buy rights to the song without denying writing credits.

Following the announcement of two special, sold out The Book Of Souls playback events hosted by IRON MAIDEN drummer Nicko McBrain at his Rock N Roll Ribs restaurant in Coconut Creek, FL. on September 3rd, TROOPER, the premium British beer created by Iron Maiden and handcrafted by Robinsons’ brewery in England, is proud to present nationwide playback parties held in 24 retail outlets and 22 bars, restaurants and ale houses across the U.S. These special listening events are free and open to the public and will give fans a chance to hear Iron Maiden’s new album, The Book of Souls, in its entirety before its official release on September 4, 2015.



No alcohol will be served at the Independent Record Store events. However, fans will be able to pre-order their copy of The Book of Souls and receive a limited edition lithograph with every order while supplies last.



Many of the participating bars, restaurants and ale houses will be also be hosting an array of events including live metal bands, local rock DJ’s, free giveaways and contests to win special TROOPER collectibles, IRON MAIDEN catalogs and The Book Of Souls related prizes. Check with your local participating bars for the night’s events.



The Book Of Souls is IRON MAIDEN’s 16th studio album and was recorded in Studio Guillaume Tell in Paris with longstanding producer Kevin Shirley. With 11-tracks and a total running time of 92 minutes, The Book Of Souls is IRON MAIDEN’s first ever double studio album and features the new single “Speed Of Light.”



So gather your friends and sit back and savor a TROOPER beer while being among the first to listen to Iron Maiden’s new album The Book Of Souls, in its entirety. Limited seating available so get there early!

EDITED 30/07/15: There is no requirement for spoiler tags in this thread for information regarding the new album. The rules surrounding leaks still apply, and a thread has been posted and pinned in Maidan Chat with details of these rules. Spoiler tags are still required when discussing non-'official' news about the album in other threads.
 
Yep, spoiler tags are required in this thread for details of the forthcoming tour, such as information on setlists, and we've put one or two very long posts (eg full reviews which have been copied and pasted) into spoiler tags just because they take up a lot of space. Otherwise there's no requirement for spoiler tags about the album in this thread. All the rules about leaks, as Sixes said above, still stand.
