Crimson: that's nonsense really. I explained several times what I meant and you're still trying to make something else of it.

As of late, Mosh also reads a bit too much in some of my posts. E.g. he insinuated that I would have said otherwise if it was Montsegur. That's not fair. It distracts from the point I was making.

edit: sorry Night Prowler, just defending myself against people who put words in my mouth, or try to paint a bad picture of me. Enough is enough.

Then you aren't explaining yourself very well at all. It's a song that we all know you like more than the majority of people around here, and you say "It's good it has another chance" after it skips through what was very likely to be it's elimination round, how exactly do you expect people to interpret it? In what way would you expect anyone to ever read "another chance" as "another chance for being eliminated"? I read your response to Mosh and I still didn't see it as being any different to how it was originally interpreted.

And ffs, learn to write your post in one go before posting. The post has changed 3 times since I started typing this, you write "Edit:" for one of them but not the others, having to constantly recheck what I'm responding to is incredibly annoying.

Sorry, I am not going to repeat myself Crimson. I have answered that question. Whoever learned you to read, I am not responsible for it, nor for your stubborn interpretation.

Also sorry for the editing, next time I won't make it less angry and e.g. will leave the word bullshit.

Idol, Foro - I suggest you two walk away from this thread for now. Or you just ignore each other for a while. It seems like you two keep getting into fights with each other, and I think that every attempt at mediating between you failed. It is possible to ignore other users, I suggest you use that option.

Then yea, if you forget songs again you can just edit them into the poll and reset the votes or something (or have NP and I do that if you can't).

I think the results speak for itself on the point I was making. If Judas was left out, it'd be getting a free pass to the top ten since otherwise it'd be eliminated.

Alex, Nomad, Starblind

I honestly can't believe the amount of people who prefer Nomad to Thin Line. It has the most annoying vocals in all of Maiden history (save for Invaders, perhaps).

Thin Line left little to no impression on me when I listened to it last. In fact, the only thing I really remember about it is Nicko talking at the ending. It's the second worst on BNW, but having said that, it's average.

Vocals aren't the best point of Nomad, but they're hardly god awful. For me, the melody and the lyrics are the selling points of the song, especially the quiet build-up and instrumental in the middle of the song.

Indeed. The instrumental part is Nomads big selling point, although I'm sure, before too long, someone will post a link to that song which sounds incredibly similar to it. I don't mind Thin Line, but I feel like the chorus is an anticlimax. It just loses something.

Edit: I hate touch screens
