You're missing some very obvious things, guys. Maiden are recording covers. The proof is the sign over the door, which clearly shows they are including Iced Earth covers (Stu) and something by Dio. Alternatively, the last letter may be covered in snow, so it may actually mean Dion. Also, they are re-releasing the Trooper - evident from the bottles thrown in the snow. Finally, the star on the right-hand side is located exactly on the tip of the 90-degree angle formed by the bysector of the angle between the two trees and the hypothetic line we could draw from the elbow of the ninja. This could only mean one thing - they have a new song about Pythagoras.

Nah, Bruce is "gettin' ill" on this new record. Shirley agreed to collaborate with Rick Rubin on one track that shows a new side of Bruce's vocal range: his mad rap skills.
It's right there in the picture, obviously: the ninjas represent Bruce's long-rumored African heritage.
