Yup, Nicko plays a DW 9000. Pretty much an industry standard model. But he sets the spring tension very tight and the beater angle very far back, which works best for his technique.

This wait is far worse than the wait for TBOS. I don't know why exactly. Could be the six year wait, the lockdown or the many great reviews of the album that raised the hype surrounding the album. Time is simply not moving for me these days and a portion of my mind is totally occupied with this album all the time

I know what you mean, but time still moves pretty good for me. Just not quite as fast as normal.

I think that when midnight hit at New Zealand, we’ll get our album at the web, so I’ve got 8 hours difference with NZ timezone, so it will be around 4pm when album release at NZ. So actually it will a a Thursday.
