Yes, I meant - in an album. It gets tiring/disappointing after a while, when you see songs stuck in certain formula. For a change, band could end album with three fast banger songsI think this is the reason why some people don't like this approach - not because some songs end with their intros.
I personally like it. It works great in most of the songs.
If song by itself is great there is no problem with slow intro outro, but, for example, this to me is beyound depressing:
