News Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026 Rumours and Speculation

At least one show still needs to be announced (unless they forgot to say "no further shows will be announced").

SP 3 is likely again.
Be a major gamble considering how many tickets there are left for the second show. Perhaps another city in Brazil or even a possible third in Japan ?

We don't know how many tickets there are left. Could be 30k, could be 5k, could be 100.
Definitely not a shot for Japan, the tour is ending on November 25 and there isn't room for more shows. Could be another city in Brazil, but I find hard to believe they're gonna scrap the third show in SP completely

As a resident of São Paulo, and speaking for other fans, a third date here in a smaller, indoor venue would be sensational. It’s every fan’s dream in the city, and the tickets sold out in minutes.

There is no indoor arena even if they would do that
I was born here and have lived here for 40 years, so I know there isn’t an arena.
What we have are two large concert venues: Espaço Unimed, which has a capacity of 9,000 people, and the former Credicard Hall, with capacity for about 7,000 people. Those would be the dream venues for fanshere.q.

Yeah, it looks like. I've heard about Anhembi Indoor Arena - I don't know if this project was completed. We don't know how many tickets were sold for the second night in SP, but the Iron Maiden Brasilia site says there aren't many left for this show. I wouldn't be surprised if they announce a third show in the city. They might announce (for example) one indoor show in Rio!

If they played in Curitiba or in the South, they would fill a smaller stadium.

I just had a thought that the fellow gear nerds might be interested in. Do you think we will see a return of the Holy Goldtop to Adrian's guitars, seeming as he brought out the DT300 and Lados last year.

I think he stated in a S/K interview lately that it's retired from the road now. But things can change, like they did when he brought it back out in 2009.

I'd say it's possible, but quite unlikely.

The ticket prices for the Belgian show (festival) were cut down by 20%. Sales must be really poor, the same as for some shows on the 2026 tour. Sales for many shows stacked for good, and I don't think it's an accident. As I said many times before, 2026 isn't even 60% of the success they initially expected.

Just for the stadium. Rockwave 2018 had way more people. Still an amazing success.
Maybe 28 - 30k people at the stadium with 65k concert capacity. If it were just one or a few shows, it wouldn't be a problem, but it's going to be a decline in many places where they usually played for the big crowds. Definitely 2026 tour won't be a big success, not to mention the documentary movie screenings in the cinemas. It looks like a total flop. It seems like the fans aren't interested in supporting the band.

Christ almighty. Your negativity is plunging to whole new depths. I know I am critical of the band sometimes, but you never have a good word to say about them.

Iron Maiden have essentially been in a perpetual cycle of flopping ever since the Soundhouse Tapes. What happened!? Such a shame!
