I would understand if they end their tour in Chile looking at their age and travelling distance etc. But this 50th anniversary tour would be incomplete if they dont visit Japan at least in view that they had a strong history with them since the beginning.
 
Until we know otherwise rest of world dates will be announced soonish. Rod will have seen sales projections for Europe and North America when the press release was issued at the end of last year.

In 2026 Maiden likely to headline to around 2 million people, sure profit made on that.

Yup the concert starts in 3 months, im sure they have to announce the soonest as they will have to prepare tour merch.

Exactly, if they announce additional dates, a realistic attendance for some 60 shows in 2026 could be around 1,6 mln people.

From memory Tool had Asian dates booked and for months everyone was commenting "where is Australia" and eventually it was announced they are headlining Good Things with 2 side shows in NZ, so yeah doesn't have any impact logistically really. And it's guarenteed money for the band regardless.

Exactly!
There's one problem. Good Things Festival embraced three cities (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne) and 3 consecutive nights. No way Maiden'd play in this format, but two cities in a row - OK! Looking at Tool's schedule, the rumour that IM will end the tour in Japan could be true; the same was with Tool after Oceania last year.

So, after the second night in Santiago, Maiden could visit India (2 or 3 shows), Singapore, Indonesia, New Zealand, Australia (4 - two GTF dates and 2 indoors), and then Japan as the last stop. 11 or 12 dates until the first week of December.
