It's just an opinion, and looking at the seating map, my point of view is reasonable, nothing more.Fixed that for you.

Megadeth and AC/DC just announced big LATAM tours a few weeks ago, and the people spent an amount of their money on expensive tickets. The band and the organizers need some time to restore the demand and fans' savings to buy a lot of tix once again. I believe they will announce LATAM dates in 2026, most probably in February or March.Does no one have any inside information about what might be behind this, or even why the European shows originally planned for 2027 (I think) were instead moved to before the Rest of the World Tour of 2026?
No shows were planned for 2027. They just saw how succesful the first leg was and decided to do a small comeback for the money in 2026.Does no one have any inside information about what might be behind this, or even why the European shows originally planned for 2027 (I think) were instead moved to before the Rest of the World Tour of 2026?

More than 31K? So, it's way better than I thought. THX!The you don't know how the 2022 and the 2024 maps looked like.
They've sold more than 31k tickets, almost half of the capacity, in less than a month. How that could be a disappointement?

There is nothing weird about the lack of announcements, it's not even december. Last time Brazil was announced in December and Argentina was announced in April.
No I think they have planned this for a while. The announcement said Run For Your Lives World Tour 25-26 from day one. I did think it was suspicious they announced it like that, and with 2027 off it makes sense. Why do you know that 100 %? A lot of fans believed there would be a third European leg in 2027. The sales would have been as good or better then.
RFYL was going to end in 2026, so 100% there were no RFYL shows planned in 2027Why do you know that 100 %? A lot of fans believed there would be a third European leg in 2027. The sales would have been as good or better then.
True, I wouldn't be surprised if RFYL ends in December 2026. In a recent interview, Bruce said they will be touring most of next year. So, from the end of May to the beginning of December means 7 months, and probably more than 55 shows - the big tour as they announced.RFYL was going to end in 2026, so 100% there were no RFYL shows planned in 2027
Sadly, yes. Not the biggest fan of Alexander here, but the fact they're sticking to the same old formula this time it's really beyond comprension. It'll sadly be the same setlist again. Though it would be easier than ever to add the song for one night, with the new stage show. Would be awesome hearing it with Simon, but that's just not Maiden's style.
Rather not, some attractions, games, special souvenirs, merchandise, competitions, and wins. They should release something special (vinyl/CD), which would be added to every ticket/person who will attend the show.
Such teaser would be appropriate for new music... ehhhhh.
SabatonOn this map we can spot pyramids and a tank- just hints for fun?

Wasn't it already known that something like “Iron Maiden theme worlds” will be built there?
LA sales have definitely been boosted being the only city in the West Coast, both shows are pretty much sold out, 40k sales is still impressive.Yes and no.
NJ is around 24k tickets per show, the first one is sold out but the 2nd hasn't sold anything (4k tickets at most, if you count the resale tickets).
LA is probably 20k each (less than the previous visit), but it's also the only show on the west coast.
Texas is a big market for Maiden, but definitely not their best, so 20/22k already sold for SA is nothing short of amazing.
Now I'm wondering when they will announce the LATAM leg (for October) and the Rest of the World dates? If they don't announce something until the end of the first week of December, they will do that next year. Probably Iron Maiden will be a headliner of The Good Things Festival series in Australia. If so, the line-up will be revealed next August. The event has taken place in the first week of December since 2018. Honestly, I can't imagine the next arena tour in Oceania, just two years after the last one. IM as the headliner of festival(s) is more probable.
