Considering the reputation of RFYL tour and the hype it should be enough. Those dates would happen in October anyway, so they would have 6 months to sell tickets

Exactly my point, i dont think AC/DC touring would be an issue, i mean there is many big bands that tour around the same time in the same continent. Plus they are touring Latin america around Mac. Im guessing that the dates will be announced around 20-25/11Just wait and see, the dates will come in a few weeks. Why should AC/DC shows be a issue here? There's always a couple of big names touring same continent
Why a band that can sells 500k+ tickets putting on sale tickets at the same time as another band nowhere as big could ever be a problem for the smaller band. Why should AC/DC shows be a issue here?
And also what we can consider a confirmation that there won't be a 2nd Harrison show. Probably due to the other big band playing a stadium twice as big 20 days later. This is an interesting Pollstar article about Maiden's touring success.

What an amazing nameThe concept at its heart remains simple, according to American promoter Rich Best of Live Nation Global Touring.
Probably, but the hype for the AC/DC tour will last for the next few weeks. Probably Iron Maiden are announcing LATAM dates (maybe some for the West Coast) somewhere in between the last week of November and the first one of the next month, I suppose. The Maiden's management had to know the AC/DC tour plans, surely earlier than us. And honestly, Australians are for rock 'n' roll audience (as The Rolling Stones) but Maiden/Megadeth are for metallers - especially in the States. Why a band that can sells 500k+ tickets putting on sale tickets at the same time as another band nowhere as big could ever be a problem for the smaller band.

Great to see Maiden still doing it live and pulling in the crowds. The European shows in 2025 really were good value i thought which the above tends to back up.
Maiden number 5 at the Pollstar yearly report. The "year" is from November 14th to August 13th and doesn't count festivals. Maiden with the lowest avg ticket price, and only act below $100.
Lovely and fans who afford it can always top up their spending with shirts and merch, but that’s their choice. Kudos to Maiden for the ticket price control.

Maiden surely make a lot on merchandise. I paid 500 NOK for a Helloween shirt two days ago, and Maiden charged 650 this year. Both overpriced, but then again it's worth what people are willing to pay! I would do the same if I was in charge. And with such an iconic maskot and iconic artwork I can imagine Maiden sell more shirts per person than maybe any other metal band.Lovely and fans who afford it can always top up their spending with shirts and merch, but that’s their choice. Ben Smallwood told the UK Telegraph newspaper that Maiden sold 25,000 indiviual pieces of merch at the London Stadium show alone this summer. Sorry, it is paywalled I expect: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/music/news/iron-maiden-merch/Maiden surely make a lot on merchandise. Yep, what people are willing to pay and what they choose to spend it on when it comes to merch. I got out of the buying band shirts a long time ago, but I spend a buttload on a lot of Maiden's licensed stuff. My collection of Eddie statues, figures, wall art, books, etc. is absurd.Maiden surely make a lot on merchandise. I paid 500 NOK for a Helloween shirt two days ago, and Maiden charged 650 this year. Both Megadeth and Anthrax will open EU shows.I'm starting to believe we won't get a proper special guest for the EU leg, just some random bands popping up depending on the country
Some of them for sure. Both Megadeth and Anthrax will open EU shows.
Definitely not, since they're announcing gigs in different periodsBoth Megadeth and Anthrax will open EU shows.
One good support should be ok.Could be the Knebworth worth support acts will be at some of the other shows in Europe. The way it's looking now Maiden need a boost for many of the shows to get even close to sell outs.
