What happened? I did Sonisphere UK in 2010 and in 2014 and everything went swimmingly.
Athens will not have a second night.OAKA is huge and there is no demand for a second date. So, potential 2nd nights IMO are:
Athens, on May 24th.
Paris, on either June 21st or 23rd.
Paris is almost a given. They will have 2 shows there, so they can use songs from either night.
Not if they announce a gig at Crawley WetherspoonsAs someone just south of London, why do I have the distinct feeling that the UK show is gonna wind up being more awkward for me to get to than just hopping up and on the Eurostar?
The problem with a second night in Paris is that they can't fit it in because of Copenhell and Tons of Rock. Unless they add it before the first night, but that doesn't make any sense. So, potential 2nd nights IMO are:

Yeah, probably true. There won't be a 2nd night in Athens. OAKA is huge huge...similar to West Ham's stadium I think. Even one gig there might not be sold out.
I pretty much doubt they will go to film an one-shot gig.The problem with a second night in Paris is that they can't fit it in because of Copenhell and Tons of Rock. Unless they add it before the first night, but that doesn't make any sense.
If it's Madness Live, then it'll be Rock Imperium. Perfect for me, I live 20 minutes down the road!Check Madness Live Facebook post. Spain headliner gig confirmed I guess.
I do agree, but I don't see how they can fit the extra show into the schedule.I pretty much doubt they will go to film an one-shot gig.

I guess I will make up my mind once they announce the details (location, price, bands accompanying The Raven Age, etc.).
