I wouldn't like to try and get tickets for a Cart and Horses gig. More chance of becoming President of the US.

'Special Headline Show' for the UK without further details is very intriguing. The dates line-up with the Hyde Park concert weekends, which is a shame because these day festivals kind of suck in my opinion, terrible sound and repulsive tiered ticketing practices. Seems like the most likely outcome or failing that some other kind of day festival arrangement in a park somewhere, if so at least they may hopefully bring a stacked lineup.

Can't imagine that this UK will be the last UK/EU show ever. If Maiden were to put an end to their career, whether it was the end of the band or 'just' the end of touring, they would make it a standalone tour that would be entirely dedicated to the farewell and celebrate it.

What happened? I did Sonisphere UK in 2010 and in 2014 and everything went swimmingly.

What happened? I did Sonisphere UK in 2010 and in 2014 and everything went swimmingly.

The setup at Sonisphere in 2014 was superior to any of the Download fests I have attended, it was a great festival.

They are gonna film a show, and then in 27 they gotta be recording a new album. Also Bruce is probably gonna do a big tour in 27 then, with his new album
