Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026 Rumours and Speculation

If they tour Europe (and rest of the world Oceania etc) in 2026, where would they tour in 2027? If it's new tour in 2027, then it's logical that they start Europe, but would they really tour Europe 3 consecutive years? When was the last time that happened?
Between 2005 and 2008, they toured Europe each year. They were not always massive tours, but it was still a good streak.

Bruce said he will tour in 2027 with his solo band and the record will be out in 2027 recorded in january 2026. In 2027 i doubt iron maiden will tour. The only thing if they do something is if they are going to record an album. And the other thing is if bruce is free since janauary or febrary they can do a bog tour in 2026

They also started 4 different tours in Europe between 2000 and 2005 & 2018, 2022 and the last 2 tours.

Exactly, I suppose 2027 will be "free from tours" year for Maiden. I expect 2026 to be really intensive for them. I wouldn't be surprised if they do 60+ shows around the world to finish 50 anniversary with a blast.

Maybe they'll tour every year from now on until they stop. Makes sense, because every year now they're getting closer to retirement. They can't really put off things. IF they have ideas and they want to tour, they should now.

One year not touring means one year without the significant income and (associated) profit they make live. I am sure they are not willing to have that happening again after 2015 and the pandemic years.

Edit: If anyone is interested, you can find more information about Iron Maiden Touring LLP at https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/OC380549/filing-history

I also don't see that happening that they are willingly taking one year off. So if no unforseen circumstances happen (pandemic, sickness, injury etc), I think they will tour every year until they retire.
Also, why can't Bruce and Maiden release albumis on the same year. Maiden album in May and tour June to August and Bruce album in September/October and tour to follow.

Thats another thing. When i read them in interviews. If they want to tour and record album there would not be years off

Not touching next year, but longer future what do you think, after RFYL tour, (whatever tour it may be - new album, reunion etc) will they do stadiums in Europe from now on or go back to arenas and some occasional stadiums?

Depend on the context of the tour, but I guess they will stick to stadiums. Just imagine how many back to back nights they would have to do now.

Same tour next year and then something new in 2027 . If they don`t release new music though that`s when the setlist questions will be an issue.

I would like a stadium & arena show mix from now on so i can try get to see both on each tour if possible.

One thing that many bands have done, but Maiden haven't yet, is to revisit a classic album and play it in its entirety. Basically what they did with AMOLAD, but with one of the golden era albums instead.

Usually I'm not a big fan of such an approach, but for most albums this would mean that at least one previously not played song would resurface (which is always awesome imo!). Also, I'd rather get something like SSOASS in its entirety than a "best of best of tours" kinda tour like the current one. The current show was awesome, but I don't need to revisit something like that, I enjoy the post-80s material too much for that.

My post 80`s interest is a bit patchy compared to the early stuff covered on this tour to be honest. I like most reunion stuff but AMOLAD & TFF don`t get played much anymore by me, i think Senjutsu is their best album since DOD.

I would be up for a album played in full tour with the usual classics thrown in but my interest would vary depending which album it is of course .
