Who knows what's going on in their inner circle, but I get the feeling there are so many dates in 2026 because they don't want to commit to anything beyond then. For the first time their future is uncertain.

Sure, if they want to record a new album in 2027 before Bruce hits the road they could, but that's certainly not their plan with Steve being hesitant on making a new album to begin with.

Spot on for both. The big amount of dates are because of the break, right. Bruce's 1st leg of his solo tour was also 50 dates along with a Maiden tour. The 2026 leg was planned 2 years in advance. Perhaps from 2028, dates will be announced more slowly.

OK, maybe I'm a little bit biased, but I'm from Argentina and I've seen several international rock and metal acts and the crowd is always fucking wild. Some examples:

Maiden, of course

Eddie Vedder speaking about the crowd (with footage)

AC/DC. The video speaks for itself

Limp Bizkit, last year. I was there and It was absolutely nuts

I'm Brazilian and I'd say overall Argentina, but Chile specifically for Maiden seems a little crazier, they're very big there.

Chile, Argentina and Peru, in that order.

Lima will probably be the cheapest to travel to out of the three. Also, Peru is in the top 10 cuisines in the world

Yeah imo Chile has taken over as the premier place to see Maiden in South America, the support level is massive, they could play that stadium 5 times and likely sell all of them lol

if i had to pick one it would be costarica. it's the most beautiful country of all and you can combine the gig with some awesome holidays.

I was waitin for that.

I remember it looked hectic in Flight 666. I've always wanted to visit but then I could say that for all the relevant countries. But Costa Rica was one of my top desires.

I'll probably take 3 weeks at it. Never been to Latin America so I'm sure I'll have a bangin time wherever.

Several friends have said Colombia is the most beautiful place they ever saw.

My most travelled friend says Argentina is the country she would go back to. But she speaks Spanish, she was in Buenos Aires when they won the World Cup and fell into the underground rave scene when she was there, so I'd wager that her Argentine experience would differ significantly from mine. Still, I'll take all opinions on board yo.

Ecuador for me. Been there in 1999 and it was absolutely beautiful, more beautiful than Colombia where I also went to. But Ecuador changed from the once safest country in South America to now the most dangerous.
 
I absolutely loved Cartagena in Colombia and also enjoyed Ocotal Beach in Costa Rica however the place we stayed in the latter was a bit isolated so we definitely overdrank that week.
Some other folks whose opinions on travel I highly respect have great things to say about Mendoza in Argentina so that’s on my wish list.
