Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026 Rumours and Speculation

25-30k capacity. But given the sales in 2024 it seems like a reach.
I'm guessing they'll stay relatively conservative in the States, same general venues. Here in Minneapolis/St. Paul, they sold out the Xcel Center on the Book of Souls tour (though they'd neglected the market since 2000, so there was built-up demand), didn't quite for Legacy, and Future Past was lesser still, though respectable. I imagine with the "classic era hits" nature of the tour, they'd sell that venue out again, but going for much more might be a reach.

I think if they do a smart lineup, let's say with Megadave and Alter Bridge or even Halestorm, they could do stadiums IMO. They won't co-headline as there is too much pride and ego involved.

I think if Rod makes them a stadium-headlining act in NA, that's his life's work done.
Anthrax maybe, they got new album for 2026 release, so it’s a good opportunity for both band to draw bigger audiences.

They did sell out the place in 2019, I seem to remember. The boxscore for that show (and many others in that tour) was total rubbish
I was there and curious whether it did or not. Seemed there were empty seats dotted around, which gave me the impression it wasn't quite there at the time, but my memory might be a bit foggy on that, being a good few years ago now.

Same set list for america and south america. As almost all the previous tours.
This happened for: TFP (likely because of Nicko), LOTB (with a planned 3rd leg for changes), ME (a generally lazy tour) and DOD (maybe because of the previous tour). The current tour has potential with songs, theme and with 2 legs, but at the same time the set is all their big songs, so it's tricky. It would be more missed opportunities.
Maybe with a strong support act or two they can go for some stadiums.
Yes, why not. This is the tour to do it.

I could be wrong and I'm thinking about 2017.

Where has he confirmed it?
Copenhagen. "See you for the 51st anniversary"

Bruce says stuff like that all the time, it's not a confirmation that they will return to Copenhagen or any of the places he says that.

BMO sized venues of up to 30000 I think in big markets like LA, Toronto and New York. Selling out 15000-20000 arenas and amphitheaters in NA is Maiden's limit I think.

With the final show of 2025 over it's time to look towards next year.

What we do know is that Maiden will tour, and it will be the Run For Your Lives Tour again.

It's looking very likely that the tour will go to Europe again. Either from late May or early June, probably shorter than this year and more focused on festivals.

It's also very, very likely that they will go to North and South America.

I expect the tour to be announced fairly soon, sometime in September is my guess. Same as last year.

After the Madrid show, a friend heard rumours Maiden will be playing at Rock Imperium in Fuengirola (Spain) in 2026.

I can’t see Maiden doing Download next year. It seems like the festival has started really pushing the next generation of headliners, to great success. It wouldn’t surprise me if they’re moving on from legacy bands like Maiden.

I think they will do Download. One more show. I agree about legacy bands. The new generation need their time in the sun.

Takes place 3-5 of July.

I think they will tour Europe around six weeks next year. Similar to Maiden England 2014.

This gets discussed at the fanclub forum a bit. Some say Download are moving away from legacy acts and that Maiden won't be there next year. Someone said Maiden are "doing their own thing", however that was the exact words that were said about this year so it's probably a mix up.

Fingers crossed! I would definitely not bother going to Download festival to see Maiden there. Did that in 2013 and 2016 and found the place incredibly overrated.
