I don't think we've ever seen the drums before the actual show, have we? They keep them pretty well under wraps until it's showtime, same with the rest of the stage dressing.

Maybe they'll put the drums on some pedestal or pillar, like Priest did in the ’80s—only much higher—so the drummer appears more like some heavenly figure. Based on that photo from Budapest, with the nice haircut and goatee, Simon looks like Zeus. Unusually stylish for Maiden
