Really interested in seeing how good Killers Eddie looks for this tour. Mayan Eddie, Trooper Eddie, 2024 Cyborg/Stranger and Samurai Eddie were all fantastic.

Agreed. The amount of money they are spending on sets has also clearly gone up a hell of a lot since Somewhere Back In Time

I was a fan of Stratego Eddie's design as is, so I was pleased with it. I think a big Eddie design that looked more similar to the walking Samurai one wouldn't have looked as good.

I mean, they still seem to be as active as they usually are as of late. It's not like Dave and Adrian were notoriously active with their stage presence back then.

My better half saw the band again live in 2023 after a long hiatus (previous gig was in 2013; before then she had seen them loads of times) and one of the things she mentioned was that Steve and Bruce were considerably less energetic on stage.

Wasn't Bruce fresh off his second hip replacement at the start of Future Past? I remember noticing he was incredibly static (for him) in videos from early on in the tour, and read that was the explanation. His mobility was night and day, it seemed, when looking at 2023's leg and 2024's leg.

No doubt they slowed down the last 10 years. Unfortunately. But it took Bruce 65 years and two hip operations, which I suppose isn't too bad.

Stratego Eddie was effective, but a big Eddie design like the walk-on Samurai one should have been cool too. Bigger, more detailed. Although using futuristic city as a background wouldn't do him favors, unlike the red Eddie. Now I'm curious. Also about a SIT big Eddie, but I doubt and I don't want it to be used for this tour. FOTD big Eddie could potentially look the best.

I also liked the design, but after the massive ones for TBOS and LOTB this one was underwhelming. Seemed a bit small and flat?

Have to agree with that assessment, or at least with the TBOS Giant. I never got to see LOTB coz of the whole virus thing (RIP Perth, May 1st, 2020). The giant Stratego Eddie really just didn’t seem all that impressive, though it was cool enough.

Footage of the show is a quite small part of the videos. It's mostly about the experience before and after from what I have seen

I'm really wondering, as the tour is starting in a few days, will we see a live album from TFPT? Will they have a live album from previous tour come out as the new tour is underway?

I've given up hope for the time being of seeing any new live albums. Maybe someone will open the floodgates and try to milk the brand dry once they retire. Until then pro shots and bootlegs are our best bet, I suppose.
