Whether it was sarcasm or not, he was simply telling the truth. Simon has been having a really tough time since 1st show last year.

I'm with Matic, Burces comments were sarcastic. He says "play faster, somebody" and I don't notice him looking at Simon so he's probably pissed at all the relevant people.

In its context it sounds to me like a sarcastic complaint about them playing it too fast

I don't think he's actually pissed off with anyone.
