RUN FOR YOUR LIVES 2026

According to a reddit thread the £50 knebworth tickets were not agreed to go on sale by the band/management..
They weren't. Someone from Phantom posted on the FC forum yesterday.

Seemed like a quicker fix than the absolute shambles with the North American pre-sale

Yeah, I think a promoter or something jumped the gun - there was a statement on the FC forum. Regardless the organisers have decided to honour the tickets which is a classy move.

According to this, the fault might have been with the venue itself and not the heatwave. If the venue has fucked up then that's a case for major compensation towards Maiden.

I've seen Maiden about 15 times and Paris last night was definitely the shortest gig but also possibly the best. The crowd was amazing, super energy and the band had a fire like I've rarely seen.

I'd fully support phone pouches at every concert from this day forward.

Maiden are always brilliant live but last night was something extra. Is that Paris all the time? Or was it because they were filming? I don't know why but I know what I saw. If they have been 10/10 before then last night was 11. Phenomenal.

I went to Ghost's last tour with the phone pouches and it definitely enhanced the atmosphere, I believe Bruce got the idea after going to one of these shows in the US and that this is what prompted the 'put your phones away please' message during last year's run.

I wouldn't be surprised if Paris was a test run and they decide to roll the same scheme out on future tours where possible, honestly I would totally support it. I rarely use my phone at gigs at all and I'd happily sacrifice taking a few photos and getting the odd bit of footage if it makes the show more enjoyable.
