I'm seriously getting quite tired of this bit. I hope some enterprising concertgoer decides to make it a life mission to film the whole gig and continue posting it on YouTube with subtle changes each time to ensure they can't automate the takedown process and have to manually claim each and every video. Just out of spite, no other reason.
 
No, this is good: They've provided quasi proof that the theory that they no longer want major mistakes to be captured in YouTube recordings is actually true.

I gotta file in an actual Simon-related complaint: all the parts seem to be there for what I can tell, but he just can't quite get the feel right on SSOASS. It's like he can't quite get it going all smooth, he has to focus to get the snare hits in which results in them sounding overly staccato like. Still a ridiculous performance for a guy best known for playing in what's essentially an artificially elevated pub band, even if he's been around the scene for ages and done some serious metal drumming back in the 90s in particular. Not a lot of guys of that vintage who'd be up for the task.

Also Bruce is drifting all over the place in the verses and elsewhere timing wise and it's embarrassing but that's another story!

The synths are so loud they hurt my ears. It might just be the phone recording over-enunciating the highs but it seems like they drown out the guitars when they come in during the post-solo harmony bit. Doesn't help that the synth sound is straight out the 80s.

What's your verdict? Think we're gonna end the tour with the Lados relegated to curiosity pieces that show up for one or two songs each?
