I really can't help but wonder if they were gonna play it anyway, why not just put Aces High as the first song so Bruce has a snowball's chance in hell of singing it? I don't think Murders needs to be the opener, in fact it could've well been the encore opener instead.

4 Powerslave 0 NPFTD is the big loser for me.

Powerslave is an iconic album that had a 40th anniversary last year. It was to be expected. No Prayer is an album they want to forget it exists

For this being a best of arena tour, I am more than happy with that setlist. The meat and potatoes are there but we get the best epics to even them out. Happy they didn't go for either Running Free, Sanctuary or Daughter, but I'm probably alone there.

Honestly I really liked this set, I would have really liked to hear Die with your Boots On, probably instead of Aces. And If they could have just squeezed in Infinite Dreams. Otherwise I'm happy!

So don’t advertise it then as a likely part of the setlist. And iconic as it is Powerslave aces Powerslave we hear time after time

It's my least favorite album by them but I'd still trade 1 or 2 songs from Powerslave for a rarity from No Prayer

it's a 9/10 setlist. I'd probably swap out Aces and 2 mins for a POM deep cut and Infinite Dreams or OTGDY or I'd put Aces as a first song and swap Murders for Prowler or something similar.

Agreed... Also agreed on the "I'm alone there" take. I'd manage to put Daughter (or other cool NPFTD track there) and one of the other 2. Would ditch this version of Aces High and perhaps The Clairvoyant.

The main set rules out loud. The encore - I’m going hime after Iron Maiden. Ruins the whole damn show for me.

I personally feel like this setlist was relying too much on Rime, 7th Son and Phantom, aka, the epics.

Great songs but the rest was just so incredibly bland (exception of Killers). Encore was uninspired and the fact they reused LotB assets is disappointing. They could have done SO MUCH MORE. Infinite Dreams, Afraid to Shoot Strangers, Bring Your Daughter, Tailgunner, Die With Your Boots On. Just to name a few!

The absence of NPFTD shocks me honestly. Don't advertise it as "first 9 albums" and completely skip over one of those....
