Arrggghhh I've just heard that Ozzy and Judas Priest (the bands that I wanted to do a proper UK tour so much) have just announced a tour together on my birthday and I've got no money whatsoever:mad: Out of all the times to be broke!
 
I want to book a flight on the website of a certain Irish airline. I book the flight and want to pay with a certain American online payment service provider. Just as I try to finish the transaction, the airline website returns me to the start page, with no confirmation of anything ever having been booked, no transaction logged, nothing.

24 hours later, I try again. Same thing.

Customer service, live chat. "Please wait 30 minutes". I wait for 45 minutes. "Hi, I will review your details." 10 minutes pass. "It could be a browser issue. Try with another browser." I try with the recommended browser only to have the same thing happen again, and upon my return see that I've been kicked out of the live chat. I open a new ticket. "Please wait 20 minutes". I wait for 30 minutes. "Hi, I will review your details". 10 minutes pass. "May I please have the booking details?" I provide booking details. CS: "Unfortunately with this details you have provided i can't see this booking" Me: "My point exactly. But how come?" CS: "You can wait 24 hours to see if the booking is being processed." Me: "I already did that. Is there any possible reason for why a booking wouldn't be processed?" CS: "I can't see any booking" Me: "I know, and I'm trying to find out why." CS: "Okay but with this details you have provided i can't see any booking" Me: "Right, maybe it's a software issue. Thanks." I quit because I couldn't find any crayons to draw my problem with. There will be other ways to book a flight, and there will be other airlines to fly with.
 
A friend had a problem at their Dublin airport service desks, the clerks were plain rude, yelling and such. It was something about baggage booking.
 
This client is an idiot. I get angry every time I see his name.

Me: "We don't do consultations in person, only through phone and/or e-mail because we're moving offices"

Retard: "Hi, so when can I come by to your office for consultations?"

Retard: "Also, what's your phone number"

I PUT MY PHONE NUMBER IN MY SIGNATURE IN ALL THE FUCKING 6 HUNDRED E-MAILS I'VE SENT YOU YOU MORON

I prefer client. In Serbian, "client" is "klijent" and "customer" is "mušterija", and since "mušterija" sounds old-fashioned, I just use "klijent".
 
You're caught between a rock and a hard place Prowler. Use the old word and you're a Turk, use the new word and you're selling out to the West.
