Am i only one who instantly wants to sing this song when i hear The Parchment
Adrians solos on this album is amazing
Martin Popoff is stuck in the 80s. A family member bought me one of his Maiden commentary books and is was a very hard read. I'd rather go to the dentist....Martin Popoff has his usual criticisms for reunion-era Maiden:
I want whatever that guys having...I wish Martin Popoff would take this approach instead...
A bit drunk and gone back to The Darkest Hour again. Goosebumps. This and Hell On Earth... Fuck yeah.
Idk... It's just special IMO. Everyone on their own.I am still not bowled over by Hell On Earth. What is so special about it?

Well.. I think DOTC and Hell on Earth are amazing songs. Cant get enough of them. The Parchemnt has some flaws...I guess it needs more listens. So far I think Death of the Celts is a better epic, but that could change the more I listen to the album.
It's (HOE) just pure Steve Harris Maiden. It has everything. It's an encapsulation of everything that's good about Maiden in one song.I am still not bowled over by Hell On Earth. What is so special about it?
I just love the melodies after the song gets going, the verses are really beautiful and the chorus is glorious. It's really catchy as well. I also love the breakdown in the middle with Bruce's softer voice leading the crescendo and then the explosion with LOOOOVE IN ANGER, LIIIIFE IN DANGER. Just love it.I am still not bowled over by Hell On Earth. What is so special about it?
Seemed like a good review to me. The guy was on point and honest. Used his own opinions and also enlighted about opinions of others.Martin Popoff has his usual criticisms for reunion-era Maiden:
