Opening bands on Maiden tours

Also to add to Maiden England 2013 - Voodoo Six. Think they opened at quite a few shows.

Edit: The whole European leg by the look of it, save for the second night at the O2 when Zico Chain opened.

I can't remember all of the ones I've seen, but I remember Malmsteen in Philly, pretty sure Anthrax in
Philly as well, Accept in Colorado, and Motley Crue in Germany.

There are three others, but I'm drawing a blank right now.
