We're getting the second all English Champions League (European Cup included) final: Liverpool - Tottenham Hotspurs.

The first was 11 years ago: Manchester United - Chelsea.

If either side goes 2-0 up in the final they'll try to avoid scoring a third in fear of the inevitable comeback.

A season ticket Spurs fan in my work booked a family holiday a few months ago, flying out on June 1st. He will be in the air when it kicks off.

Poor Baku will be full of drunk English football fans. The city will never have experienced anything like it and I'm sure it will regret hosting this final.

Ah. Well, I've been dreaming of going to Italy for as long as I can remember. My expectations are so high that I will inevitably be disappointed. So in that sense, lessons will probably be learned.
