Done deal. Milan signed Torres on a permanent deal and will loan him out to Atletico; Chelsea-Torres connection is done. Cerci accepted a loan to Milan this morning.

God.

His last game (unless they get to FA Cup final) will be away against Stoke. I hope there's gonna be one last "Steve Gerrard Gerrard, he slipped on his fucking arse, he gave it to Demba Ba, Steve Gerrard Gerrard" rendition by Stoke fans :D

Demba Ba, Mourinho, Dwight Gayle and Tony Pulis collectively broke Gerrard as a man.

After falling out at the weekend, Luis Enrique has told Barcelona to choose between him or Lionel Messi.

Dunno if it's true, but if it is... can you imagine their faces when he said that? Probably something like this:

I'm not sure about that, actually. Barcelona is banned from transfers for two years and aren't good enough to compete with Real, Bayern, Chelsea etc. I can definitely see Messi forcing his way out of there.

Yeah, but I can't see the Barca board being OK with it. They'll pretty much do anything Messi says to make him stay. But yeah, if he was to hand in a transfer request, he'd probably be able to leave.

There has been talks of Raphael Varane leaving Real. He'd be an amazing signing for the Gunners. (Also for United, but I'd rather have him sign with Arsenal, of course :p)

Can't think of a team in which he wouldn't start. Maybe Chelsea because of Terry-Cahill chemistry, and obviously in his current team because of Pepe-Ramos.

Wolfsburg's Belgian midfielder Junior Malanda (20) passed away after a car accident. He was one of the most promising young CDMs in Europe. R.I.P.

McNair has been promising but he has a massive height disadvantage for a CB. You have to be seriously strong to play there as a 1.72 guy.
