What the hell is happening with Borussia Dortmund? They are second to last after the first part of the season (Germans going to winter break now). Wonder if they'll let Klopp try to fix things or replace him... Don't follow them too much to know whether it's his fault or the team is just completely out of form.

On the other hand, Bayern conceded 4 goals in 17 games...

They only took Götze and Lewandowski. However, that can't be an excuse for Dortmund to concede so many goals and lose so many games...

They won't replace him. The results are on the team, they're absolutely garbage at finishing and they make silly mistakes on defense all the time.

Am I a football nerd for being positively surprised to see that Nottingham Forest vs Leeds (kickoff in 10 minutes) is being televised on a channel I have access to?

It must be frustrating being a Liverpool fan now. For the second match in a row, they produce a good number of chances against a good rival team, but show bad finishing. Their opponents - United last weekend, Arsenal today - take their chances very well. Pass-pass-BOOM. Goal.

Not that I have much sympathy for them though :D Muahaha.

Also, Sunderland with a third successive win in Newcastle. @Brigantium - landed yet?

First I knew about it was a friend on Facebook putting on her SAFC bedspread about half an hour ago. I've been busy most of the day. I wonder how many police horses have been punched this time?

How many were punched last time? o_O

I think it was the time before last, but only one. Newcastle fans went crazy and started fighting police. One was famously caught in a press photograph punching a horse in the face. The guy was caught, prosecuted, and has been the subject of an internet hate campaign ever since.

Dunno about LFC but it sure as hell is frustrating to be an Arsenal fan.

Why? Arsenal won last week, are through in the Champions League and showed clinical finishing in a difficult away game today. They have had a rough start to the season, but now it seems they are en route to 4th. The teams they have to overtake now are West Ham and Southampton ...

You make that sound like a good thing. The FA might as well name the 4th place after Arsenal by now.

I mean, from the start they've had. I understand why Arsenal fans would be frustrated on a general basis, because you are used to having a team that challenges for the title every once in a while (and it's been some time since they really mounted a serious challenge now). But with the start they've had to this season, nearly disastrous, and with a lot of inuries, I would have thought that right now the mental state of Arsenal fans would be more relief than frustration. Because things are improving. But of course, they are improving from an abysmal state. Much like Man United, really.

The thing is, I'd rather challenge for a title 'till the last games and lose it due to a stupid mistake and fall off the next season, then get stuck in a treadmill. I'm kinda sick of the seasons passing by without a significant title challenge, so I don't really care if the team gets the 4th place or 10th anymore.

The only positive thing I can take away from our season so far is that we might bounce back with a quality defensive midfielder signing. Which we probably will not go for and it won't be a positive after all.

Watching the same game. Why are the fans singing "Steve Gerrard Gerrard he slipped on his fooking arse" when Liverpool/Gerrard aren't playing :P
