After reading something about Jumper being a bit of a poor film (so said some critics), I decided to wacth it anyway. After all, critics just voice their opinion and it is not always agreeable with me.
Well, if you take the film for what it is - just a plain old action movie with a basic plot of people being able to jump through anomalies (or "jump scars") and are transported to wherever on the planet, then its an enjoyable movie. If you try to break it down to over analyse the plot etc. you are likely to find fault.* Switch your brain off and enjoy the ride.
* That said, from what I gather and from his accent used, Jamie Bell plays a Northern English lad - and I know it is petty, but he would not use a phrase like "rookie". It would simply be "amateur".
