Grand Funk Railroad filled American concert halls and sold both gold and platinum, long before Black Sabbath even hit the record market. And they also beat Ozzy & Co. in another way: As early as 1969, Grand Funk Railroad recorded a track called 'Paranoid'.

My favourite from @Azas land.
And this time I didn't get it wrong.
All I can say is that many years ago, when my cousin and I used to spend time together, he mentioned this band to me—he knew one of the band members or something like that. And yeah, the band was formed in a city only about 10 kilometers away from my grandma’s farmstead in the village, where I used to spend some most of my vacations.

Venger - From Worlds Unknown

First single from Saxon's Doug Scarratt debut solo album. 2 guitarists. A surprise. I dig it. Melodic and riffy (power metal-esque) with nice vocals and solo (Doug deliver with it and the main melody/harmonies), the chorus is interesting.

The songs themes and cover are curious. @Azas , check them out ;).

"Times Of Legend" track listing:

1.From Worlds Unknown
2.Pharaoh's Curse
3.Navigate The Labyrinth
4.Crystal Gazer
5.The Legend Still Remains
6.Séance
7.Throw The Switch
8.Impaler Of Souls
9.Tower Of Babel

9 songs, old school.
