I think Wishmaster (title track, She Is My Sin, The Kinslayer) has better classic songs than Oceanborn (Stargazers, The Riddler). Agreed about the riffs.

Carl Sentence has never had a similar voice to Bruce, nor in 1983 nor in 2012. 
He has a great voice, similar to some other well known heavy metal singers, but Bruce is not in the list of vocal lookalikes. 
The name of one singer which comes to my mind right now is Dave Bickler, who sung on "Eye Of The Tiger" : he has more in common vocally with Carl Sentence than Bruce Dickinson.
