I like all songs but 3.View attachment 32499
This is my guilty pleasure album...
Although there are a few not so strong songs, this is one of their albums that is solid as a whole. The classics are: ''King Pest'' and ''Haunted Palace''.
What an album! Not a single weak song imo. One of my favorites of theirs as a whole piece. Every song is good-to-great. It has everything. The overall vibe is just epic and classic. The album has the mood/structure of the albums with Dio and I like that a lot.View attachment 32515

The Tony Martin era of Black Sabbath is criminally underrated. Tyr is the best album of that era in my opinion. What an album! Not a single weak song imo. Favorite songs: ''Jerusalem'' and ''Heaven In Black''.
Oh well, Soft Machine is an instrumental band. They usually are drums, bass, Electric piano, synthesizer, flute, sax… with guitar in some album. Can you recommend me any Soft Machine? They are playing here in February and I wanted to check them out before committing to going to the gig.

I see your point and agree when you put it that way. However, in the end I do like the end result for to me, it is an enjoyable listen. One time I listened to that song: I've only listened to a few seconds of it and turned it off. Not only does it not seem like a good song, but it's not really a actual song; they took demo tapes from Lennon in the 70s and from George Harrison in the 90s, and then Mccartney and Starr recorded their parts in modern times. Also, although AI was used to try to make the lennon and harrison tapes fit into the quality of modern production, you can easily tell how out of place it is.
Hey man, as long as you like the music, go ahead and listen to it . I just won't listen to it due to my personal beliefsI see your point and agree when you put it that way. However, in the end I do like the end result for to me, it is an enjoyable listen.
