Shame they didn't put this on the album as a whole side. Perfect blend between early and late Genesis. It has grown on me masively.

Always loved Jeff Beck's solo in this song. His guitar work on Amused to Death is one of the reasons why it's such a sublime album. What a huge loss his death is.

If I had to listen on record of theirs which one should I start? First one?

My favourite is their fourth album, Everything Must Go, followed by their third, The Holy Bible.

The compilations Forever Delayed (from 2002) and National Treasures (from 2011) might be better options though as they showcase material from more albums.
