I wasn't aware that Maiden had ever recorded (live or in studio) in Drop D tuning - this is interesting to read.

Adrian recorded a lot in drop D after returning to the band.
Ghost of the Navigator, Brave New World, The Mercenary etc.

If at least one single instrument is in Drop D, Maiden have indeed recorded something in Drop D.

There are quality FM broadcasts and a couple of soundboard recording which in conjunction with the official releases covers almost every tour. Almost.
