Yes, eddie this time, is really ugly, I think the best way for him is how they used to be in World Slavery tour, and in a big part of SBIT tour.
By the way, at the show(like how it was in 2008)it was a place where you could buy Posters, flags, t-shirts, you know what I mean, If somewhone is remember, it was there some posters or flags with POWERSLAVE? and if yes, how was the price, cause here if you want to command one it cost very much.
 
I actually am rather fond of the new t-shirts whereas I didn't really like the new Eddie to begin with it's kinda grown on me, but, as brilliant as they are, the album artwork is not as important as the musical content of the album and lets face it, Maiden won't let us down.
 
I broke down and purchased the "Final Stare" shirt Saturday.  It has the whole tour dates on the back.  It cost me $25.00 American.  It is ugly, but I will be wearing it with Pride once I get to the gigs next week.  The ugly Eddie head is HUGE on the T shirt, it even covers part of the "IRON MAIDEN" written above.  Anyway, gotta have it and the same shirt will be $50.00 American at the shows..


      Tonight is the "announcement"  We will be grilling outside and throwing back some cold Millers in a pre-announcement sort of party.............  The suspense is really getting to me!!!!!!!

"launchdate" I believe is the hint he was referring to, but that could be the launch date of many things (the CD, the new single, etc).

T-shirts at concerts have NEVER costed more than $30 so I don't know where you're getting $50 from.

I just thought that was the launchdate for the timer? 8 June at 00:01:00 which is what time the countdown ends in GMT(i.e. local time) even though it is Summer Time over here now.

Really? They cost 30-40 € in Europe, if I'm not mistaken.

BTW, the "launchdate" is just a description made by the person who wrote the countdown code, don't analyze too much into it. It just represents the date and time when you want your countdown to end.
 
30$ can get you a bandanna at the Southern California shows.  It must be a profiling thing.  I guess we are all rich in the Los Angeles area!! {YAH RIGHT}  I Paid $50 for a t shirt, and $60 for a jersey style during AMOLAD in Orange county.  Same for SBIT.
 
I mean that the launchdate on the source code can mean that the announcement is the new album release and the date is tuesday, June 8th 2010, in other words, in 2 hours and 23 minutes!!! \m/
 
They might be announcing the album launch, I doubt they are actually launching the album.
 
It probably won't be announcing release date, tracklist, album art. Those don't seem worth a countdown.

I'd guess either one new song (they've done that much before), or possibly more tour dates.
 
If it's not a new song now I'll be frustrated.

Unless the tour dates are for England. Manchester would be very much appreciated ;D
 
i wouldve loved a manchester gig about a month ago but now ive arranged for dublin  =p
if its not a song now ill be annoyed too after all this hype
hope for manchester in 2011 though  :innocent:
 
i wouldnt think so, i just went off on a tangent from the previous post  XP
im just wildly anxious to know what it is about!!!!    :lol:
