Maiden songs you are currently stuck on

Isle of Avalon.

Rush and Maiden had a baby, and then she grew up to be a sexy metal chick that doesn't judge me for being a nerd.

Yeah... that makes the most sense.

1. Revelations
2. Alexander the Great
3. The Clansman
4. Brave New World (I'm currently rereading the book)
5. The Thin Line Between Love and Hate

The list changes week to week I would say.

Revelations!  :) An underrated Maiden song to say the least, instrumentally filled with emotion, and beautiful lyrics. A true gem.

Underrated? Not on here. . . Friends who don't listen to a lot of Maiden still know and love Revelations . . .

By underrated I meant among the majority Maiden crowed, excluding this forum, mainly the casual fans.

Revelations will never leave my top 10 and has alwyas had a good shot at one, but Rime and Moonchild are preferred by a hair unfortunately. :/

As great of a track as Moonchild is, I personally wouldn't place it over Revelations. Moonchild is powerful and Bruce's voice is full of anger and energy, but I prefer Revelations and its more calmer style. The lyrics can't be matched and everything about the song fits together perfectly. A song full of beauty, emotion and feeling, lyrically and musically.

1. No prayer for the dying
2. Judas be my guide
3. El dorado
4. Still life
5. Ghost of the navigator

As you see, I haven't heard the new album yet...

This week I've been all about-

1.  The Edge of Darkness
2.  When Two Worlds Collide
3.  Como Estais Amigos
4.  The Unbeliever
5.  2 AM

Anyone see a trend there?  Ha.

I've always rated Moonchild higher than anyone else so I'm not surprised. ;) Vocally, I agree Revelations owns but I dunno. I'm addicted to it.

Blaze Bayley, nice!  :rocker: Not a huge Virtual XI fan, but no doubt The X Factor is a brilliant album.
