Big fan of Shadows of The Valley. Dance of Death is the only other song it would have lost out to here.

This. Shadows of the Valley is my 3rd favorite song off TBOS, but it got stuck with a very unfortunate draw here.

Montségur vs The Red and the Black, TRATB's long instrumental part is awesome but i'm not much of a fan of Bruce's lines. On the other hand the "happy" section of Montségur doesn't bother me as it used and the rest of the song is great so had to go with Montségur.
Age of Innocence vs The Man of Sorrows, not a big fan of any of them but I can't stand the rap section of AOI and most of its lyrics as well, they're so naïve like they've been written by a 10 year old kid.

I, most certainly, am not.
DOD is very patchy for me. Even Rainmaker goes up and down in my estimation. Title track, Paschendale and Face in the Sand are the only songs I ever go back to (outside of listening to the album in full). Montsegur to a lesser extent, too.
I think Ive only listened to TBOS fully through about 4 or 5 times. Shame on me, really.
