Little musical cues that you love

Scream for me is iconic. I don't think any other singers have a trademark like that. But it can be overdone, I have never been a big fan of three Scream for me's in a row. I like it when he does one calmly, and then the second is bigger and louder.

Iconic but yes trademark thing. Luckily Bruce got something besides his magnificent voice that not everyone has.

But is the document of where and when did Bruce say that famous "Scream For Me!"-scream. How did it become so?

It developed on the World Slavery Tour, if you listen to boots of the early gigs from that tour he doesn't say it. Even on 22 Acacia Avenue from Hammersmith on the album it's "speak to me hammersmith". Basically because "scream for me" was what he was saying when the bulk of the album was recorded that's what went down in history and that became his catchphrase.
