There used to be a pub in Birmingham that had a jukebox with a wifi connection so people from the Metal Society at the University would play Napalm Death over it. I don't think the staff were impressed with their choice of music so by the time I'd arived they'd disabled the wifi connection to the jukebox.

When I was in secondary school we used to torture the nearby pub by repeatedly playing Miles Runs the Voodoo Down which had been unwisely included in the jukebox. :D
 
I'm actually looking forward to my first Christmas no longer under the yoke of my previous employer. Honestly, some things about the job were great, but every year the company would wait until a few days before Christmas to decide who was working over Christmas. And there was never a Christmas party.

I honestly could have not responded at all or made a joke about it, but I'm seeing this everywhere, and I want to confront it truthfully.
 
It's to do with the retrograde right (papers like the Daily Mail, Express and Sun, as well as its readers and members of the new/alt right online) completely failing in conducting political discourse, while the more intelligent right-wing sit back, and unlike the left with their regressive left movement previously, don't act on it.

I really hope that 2017 creates a Gamergate like dissent between these two groups on the right, and the intelligentsia prevails. To put in terms how scary this is, if Marine La Pen wins in France in 2017, the EU will be destroyed.
