I’m thinking to also change my avatar for the Chinese New Year, haha!
In real life I do the Xmas tree by end November and undo it after Chinese New Year usually first to third week of February.

There is something about years 2022 -2025. 2023 is the year of the rabbit also known as year of the cat. Considering the second:

Year of the Tiger (2022) followed by Year of the Cat (2023)
Year of the Dragon (2024) followed by Year of the Snake (2025)

Big, dominant animals followed by their smaller versions. Duality is always a thing in Lunar Calendars but for those 4 years even symbolism is there.

Merry and happy Christmas!

Today I came to the work with the sole purpose to run on the treadmill in the gym below and break the 1,000km with my old pair of ASICS Superblast. (Midsole is pretty dead, only used for treadmill)

Mission accomplished; I have logged 1,004km on those shoes until now.
