Crazy, isn't it?  I am still very good friends with most of the clan. 

I like my fam too much to not talk to them.  Hell, they all live 4-5 hours away, but I still see them almost once a month.
 
It all depends on the family members, I reckon.  But yeah, if my ex-sister-in-law liked to bring her girlfriend over, I'd still want to be good friends too!
 
Um, my ex-girlfriend from high school sent me an e-mail yesterday, I haven't talked to her for almost 20 years but she used to be near Playboy material..... why must life always throw us curveballs like this?
