I think I might have watched this before. The main thing I've noticed from this is that Rob Halford and Glenn Tipton insist on wearing sunglasses indoors.
Some people, i.e. Yngwie, use sight correctional sunglasses and therefore wear them on occassions where it seems silly more than anything. I guess those people don't find regular glasses rock n roll and shy away from contacts.

At least they're not wearing shorts. Maiden have yet to pay for their crimes of the 80s.
From RTTH:
"I remember the first time Number Of The Beast was on the telly and I dragged Ian to watch it," Janick remembers. "I said, 'That's what we wanna do. That's where I'm at. That's rock 'n' roll!' And Ian said, 'Yeah, I know, but I've done that.' And he had a point. He had done it. But I was saying, 'I want them lights! I want that dry ice!'"
But interestingly not "I want that lycra!" :D

It's true, isn't it? I can't think of many rockers who wear glasses, with the exception of Tool's singer. It's strange – so many people wear glasses in day-to-day life, but then in rock and metal, almost nobody does.

Dave Murray makes all bespectacled folk cool by association :D
